After the shake by yorkshirekiwi

After the shake

Taken 13 hours after the 7.1 magnitude earthquake. It occurred around 4.35am, I awoke suddenly from a dream, my cats acting strangely. I put it down to the rogue cat that has been coming through the cat flap in the middle of the night, but in hindsight think it may have been a slight tremor. Touchwood everyone in the country is safe and sound, and we had a beautiful, mild spring day.
Glad you are safe and sound. Such a peaceful and idyllic scene :)

Lovely layers in this landscape - thankfully no earthquake cracks though. So good it was further out to sea and not under another city. Let's hope that has released enough pressure for now.

Nice image - so crisp and clear. Yes, it seems that there're no injuries and not too much damage.

I like the shades and shapes of the hill. The frame you chose is perfect and really enhances this picture.
