Yellow on green

Odd, but accurate, title. As green contains yellow I was surprised that I could make the flower stand out (with a little help from Silver Efex Pro 2)
Beautiful

I'm trying to understand your riddle. Have you left some saturation in the image, or where the original colours yellow and green?
A very striking result, either way.

@helenhall Thanks Helen.. it's a yellow flower against a green back-cloth. I anticipated that this would be flat when converted to b/w just as it would if it were yellow v yellow or green v green .... green actually contains a lot of yellow... but it turned out better than I expected. Perhaps because the yellow flower was very bright and the background dull. I used software to darken the background further so as to make the flower stand out.

@beryl If you are referring to the bitten petals, that was me.. I was a bit peckish!

Perfection is unattainable but this comes so very very close. Fav.
