It's bright blue but I saw it clearly in b&w. Sometimes I find bright colours so disturbing that I immediately refuse to see them.
it works well in b&w - and interesting you don't like bright colours

@vignouse She dresses mainly in black or navy, Richard, although she has begun to branch out into 'proper' colours for her nights out with the girls, for example. She has never been a pastel person... if she had been we would never have clicked!

@shannejw The inner city world I grew up in from the end of WW2 was black and grey .... I never stood a chance!

there is a story of someone who became blind in the 1960s having their sight restored in the 80s or 90s, who found the world incredibly bright - all the neons and fluorescent colours.

It sure brings out the textures very well. As most know by now, I am not a fan of B&W, but understand your reason for sticking to it ;-)

I see more clearly the two eyes and the mouth of this vessel. Perhaps that is why it so easy to read the message as Kiss me.
