I wonder what all those white frothy bubbles are? Often, those are eggs, or there is even this thing called a Spittle bug...they hide their little larva selves in bubbles. I wonder if that is what this is! Very cool shot!

@espyetta Hi, I did Google it later, and that was the result, Spittle Bug, harmless to the plant I believe.

@ziggy77 Oh, okay! Freaky! I have seen this in my yard and even took a pic once..not as good as this one..but was not sure what they were until a few months ago. how weird!
