Have no idea what this flower is. It was part of a Fynbos bouquet of flowers I was bought today. (Because I'm worth it - ;-)

from what I can find out these coud be either Leucadendron loeriense (

) or Leucadendron strobilinum (
http://www.plantzafrica.com/plantklm/leucadenstrobi.htm
). Sorry I cannot give you a better identification.
