Every minute, every day ...

My little daughter asked me for a tomato. I asked her, if she is hungry and would like a tomato sandwich, but she said, no, she just wants a tomato. I knew she was up to something ... after about a minute of total silence I peaked in the dinning room ... there she was, taking a picture of a tomato with her toy camera. :-)

We are setting an example every minute of every day without sometimes acknowledging it.

Thank you everyone for your kind comments, I will catch up with all your pictures soon.
That is so sweet, I bet that was the best pretend photo ever! :)

This is really touching. And you are especially tuned into your girls. They have a super special mom! Oh, and how did you get a sneaky photo of her? That is genius.

Wonderful capture. I have been trying to take a decent picture of the moon since I started here & now my 2yr old spots the moon out the window & tells me to get my camera, he thinks he will get to go outside in the dark if mum picks up the camera but he loves the moon too

Love Love Love this, the photograph and the sentiment. Does her toy camera actually take photos? Looks like she's ready for a real (but cheap) one

Wonderful Zuzana, This sums up 365 for me, and is a +Fav for me because of what the shot represents in all us parents lives. Your daughter has made me smile, which I do not normally do this early in the morning before I've had a mug of tea!!!

Like Mother, like daughter as the saying goes. And it looks like she may be following in your foot steps. I love the BW with the touch of color being on the tomato. Great photo here Zuzana

@sgoodin1 Sara I did this selective coloring in Picasa, there is an "focal B&W" processing (on the same "page" where sepia and B&W is). I learned from my cousin :-)
@monika64 Thanks Monika! Her camera does take very low resolution photos, but we never uploaded them to computer, so I don't know how good/bad they really are. She will definitely get a Point&shoot when she gets a little bigger. :-) P.S. no extension tubes yet?
@seanoneill Thanks Sean! Once in a while I get really lucky with a shot like this that just melts my heart. :-)
@fredia Thank you! Yeah, poor child, she must think her mother is crazy sometimes, when she sees me with the camera :-)
@wenbow The same thing here Wendy :-) She comes to me and tells me I need to take a picture of her toy,a bug, an animal outside ... Good luck with your moon shot! :-)
@hamptanner Thank you Hamp, you are VERY kind! :-) Well, she sees me running around with camera quite a bit so I think sometimes she just ignores it. She was really impressed with how see saw that tomato through the viewfinder, so by the time she noticed me, I already took few shots. Still a lot to learn in candid photography. :-) department
@bkbinthecity I'm happy she has an interest in taking pictures. hope it will help her to see world differently. I want her to be WAY better than I'm in everything. :-)
