@ludwigsdiana Shallow dof with a fairly wide aperture so the background is out of focus. When there are lights or reflections back there, they show up as bokeh. At least, that's my understanding of it! @30pics4jackiesdiamond Is that right?

@30pics4jackiesdiamond Ha ha, I will try!! I bought a poinsettia earlier in the week and knew you shouldn't over water it. So I.......didn't water it at all. Tonight I am frantically trying to give watery CPR to a wilting plant mere hours before both sides of the family descend for the weekend to do Christmas......
