Dragged my poor brother to see fields of lavender in North Norfolk. Beautiful shades of purple, some interesting facts (never, ever water it if it's in the ground!), a heady scent, and boy a banging headache!
Never water lavender - that's interesting - and explains why my poor thing does so well. I like the way you have so many successive layers of colour here. :)
