Just in Case

Storm force winds threatened to blow down ricketty fence, He used his camping skills to hold it up!

8 hours too late for mundane fence.

Looks very unstable fence.will not stand much chance against storm winds I don't think.ike the thinking though!

I’m holding up a giant Hollyhock (top flowers up to a bedroom window) and a Buddleia with similar rope skills.

Good thinking

Strong gale force winds here today too. I think we could have done with your camping skills too, but not so sure they would have worked, we have lost branches from a couple of our trees this afternoon.

The question is - Did it work ?

@merrelyn He says of course it did!!
@onewing hpe no one hurt
@joansmor i'll pass on that message- oh no need he read it!
@phil_sandford that's a tall hollyhock
@365anne camera course homework is no foreground- thought it was just about ok for that too!!
@koalagardens he did!!
@brennieb I told Him it needed fixing, now prices will have gone up, panels will be all sold out and nothing will be done until 2020!!

We have some panels and posts like that tied up with clothes line . We always seem to be replacing fences.

Hopefully that works

Such a great idea for stabilizing the fence until a proper repair job can be done - although it does look like the proper job will need to be done soon!
Your get pushed challenge is to do a ONE SHOT SOOC that is artistic and creative.
Think about what you want to create and what needs to be done to get it right, ISO, shutter speed, and aperture ... the whole nine yards ... before you take the shot and then press the shutter.
Pretend you have a roll of twelve film that you need to fill for an art show this week. You can - of course - show more than one of your masterpieces for your get pushed challenge.
Have fun!!
