I didn't like cooked carrots or celery and onions not at all. So i left them out of a few recipes when I started cooking. I quickly learned that even if I didn't want to eat them I needed to add them because they added a lot of flavor. Now I like them.

I always leave celery out of recipes. Don’t like it & I always think it makes everything taste of celery. Carrots & onions are ok though.

I think here it is onions, peppers and celery! Your photo is very colorful though and as long as it has onions I don’t care what else you put in it! The carrots definitely make it a much more colorful photo and it’s a fabulous action shot to boot!

Thank you all your comments made me smile. The soup tasted ok with addition of herbs spices and a few stock cubes!

How can a rubbish, not in focus, photo like this with two favs make PP when one slaved over with many more favs not make PP?? I will never understand the system and glad I don't value and browse it as much as I used to!!
