Anyone else wondering where the bees and wasps and hover flies are??? Nowhere near as many as usual

They are all in Devon with me. There are lots in the garden of our rental.

These are interesting looking flowers. I can do without the hover flies, but have seen bees, although about all I have for them right now is clover in the lawn.
