Balanced Diet

There's three of my five a day here, the composition is ( sort of) balanced, there's some fats and carbohydrates and we had a salad beforehand. The grapes for the Madeira grew on a tree so that makes FOUR of my five a day!

Here's my recipe!!!
Shop bought merangue nest, piled high with whipped cream mixed with a bit of lemon and icing sugar studded with soft fruits.
