Reserved for Marina's Birthday Afternoon Tea

The middle floor of The Spinnaker Tower in Southsea is a cafe. Outer tables reserved for those having afternoon tea. I know this is reserved for Marina, as there was a birthday card from the company to her on the table! You can see in the reflection the hoy-polloi sit at tables with less of a view!
