American Pancakes for Brunch

I've never made these from scratch before.

PoJT - watching Sara Cox cross her finish line, I helped her from my sofa and with a donation. She's also done a lot to remove the phrase "women of a certain age" from the lexicon!

Something I miss while in Italy is good ole British bacon with a bite - they always cut it far too thin in Italy! And compliments on your culinary ability, those pancakes looks scrumptuous...
