No Parking

Did another bit more of the city archives walk- about looking for streets and buildings that were doucmented decades ago and no longer exist today.

This caught my eye and I'm not really sure what is wrong here. Is it someone who cannot read, or someone who thinks they have the right to park outside their home and scrawled the not legal instruction.

I’m gonna go go with your second Suggestion. There does seem to be a rather formal sign on the wall in addition to this scrawled one.

It appears to be a hand labeled sign so maybe they don’t want anybody to park their so they can park their car there.

Hmmm. It's a great image and begs a few questions. I suspect it's the house owner who wants to keep that space for him/herself. It also looks as if they're parked on the pavement, whoever they are? Illegal, in itself, no? It might also be an annoyed neighbour who is fed up of this car always parking there and thinking they have they right to do so? Interesting!
