I've also taken this picture today. Not posted it yet. I think it is something to do with the atmospheric conditions caused by the hurricane, or something like that. I saw a clip on a news feed but lost it 😕
I noticed the same thing! The light was all strangely orangey too! Maybe there's something in the atmosphere or something. When I was in a different place it was caused by the sand from the Sahara or something, but i'm not sure what caused it today. :D
Certainly was weird... here in Aberystwyth I saw the same at about 10 this morning. Unusual to be able to look directly at the sun... strange times and I'm tired of strong winds, they are so hard to photograph!
Hi partner! You've done a lot of challenges!! I didn't see that you've tried refraction, though. So, your challenge this week is refraction. You don't need a crystal ball for this ... it can be done with a glass of water or even just a water drop or two. If you'd prefer a different challenge, just let me know. Hope you can have a bit of fun with this though.
