A field full of blue

Field of Flax? For seed or linen? I really like this as I have only seen small patches growing wild or in a spinners garden or ornamentally.

Gosh we used to have fields of flax here, I'd forgotten that! So lovley to see this Anne, makes a lovely change from bright yello rapeseed

@lanikyea @30pics4jackiesdiamond Thank you both, I did not know what this crop was!! I puzzled about it for a while this morning as I walked along the edge. I would guess it is for seed Lani, it is a fair sized field of it, will look more closely next time I pass! Every day's a school day here on 365 :-)
