OK...this is absolutely glorious! I think I could happily live in a region that's so beautiful, and hibernate through the dead of winter and catch up on all my projects! Is that how it's done there?!
@Weezilou I chuckled at your comment, Louise. I think some people do hibernate in the winter - especially as they get older and worry about the ice and falling. Others go South for several months! I still love being outside during the winter enjoying winter sports and photography. Winter can be so long here that staying inside just makes it seem unending!
As I laughed at your reply, I had come look over my shoulder to show him your pictures! His vocabulary consisted of, "Wow!", "That's gorgeous", "She's a wonderful photographer!"...and of course I was in full agreement! ( And yes, I'm getting to be that "old person" who's already taken several spills and has gone to Balance Therapy, so walking anywhere unstable in treacherous weather is to be avoided!) (No, I don't drink!) (Thought I ought to be clear!)
