Candle Larkspur by 365projectorgheatherb

Candle Larkspur

This is also known as "bee larkspur" (according to my plant ID app), and the bees certainly love it! The gardeners in the group probably know this flower, but it's new to me. I came across a field of these by the provincial legislature. So lovely to see in mid-October.

New one for me Heather (thank you) particularly like the paler green against the purple petals. Fav

Beautiful composition and tonality, Heather! Actually, it's an aconite (a wolf's bane) - Aconitum genus, not Delphinium.
