@jacqbb Sadly not. This is the old Shelter Hall Rotunda which dates back to the 1880s and was built to support the upper promenade and the seafront road. In 2013 the building was found to have serious structural weaknesses when part of the seafront road collapsed. The redevelopment started in 2015 and is due to finish later this year.
