Sorry for the lack of posting and commenting the past couple of days. I've been so busy, but had made some time to visit the gym. I haven't been in weeks but went yesterday and Thursday. It felt so great, although that was short-lived when women, older than me, were kicking my butt on the eliptical. I don't know what they're on, but they can pass some over in my direction ;-)

LOL this was a good shot and I so agree on the FaceBook etiquette. I used to play on the FB a lot before 365 - now I have no time left and some of my old FB friends are bothered that I no longer "like" their silly postings.

Well done for pointing this fact out. I hate people being tied to their phones so much that any normal form of social interaction goes out of the window.
@allisonraposa I guess I should mention that it was both myself and my husband guilty of doing that, plus almost every person there. Times have definitely changed! I try my hardest to limit phone time while out, but it always sucks me in! I love the way you captured it.
@ishutter I love my phone and surfing the web, but if I'm going out to dinner, I try to keep the phone in my bag :-) @barrie77 thanks Barrie, although I still think they duped me by playing Duran Durans Rio, the first time I went....that swayed me into getting the membership ;-) @steampowered I'm guilty of using my phone too much, but usually I use it to kill time when I'm waiting around, and usually keep it in my bag when I'm with people :-)
I've heard about this Facebook thing. I think I will get round to investigating it in about 20 years time. Your post perfectly sums up why I no longer have a gym membership. I am growing old disgracefully.
