I've been getting physical therapy, but it's as stiff as it was when I first started, so I've been referred back to my Dr and now waiting to get a date for an MRI, but staying active helps, which has meant more gym visits, which even though my body is protesting now, it will thank me in the long run :-) lol @briggsy thank you David :-) @mzzhope thank you so much Hope :-) @onetrackmind many thanks :-) @dandelionmama thank you Shandy :-) @daneau much appreciated Marc :-) @lisatork many thanks Lisa :-)
@allisonraposa It's a sad fact that we stiffen-up as we get older, unless we keep moving. I hope the MRI scan leads to sorting things out.

Dunno about the weather - I'm not 'over there' - I'm in Macedonia and it's bloody freezing! Like, duvet, three blankets and thermal underwear in bed type freezing!! Going home tomorrow, airport is just over an hour away and flight is 05:10 :(

Hi Allison, was just wondering if you're ok as it's been a while since you posted. Hope there's some progress with your neck.
Trip was work though sadly unpaid as it was for a charity, and I've just missed out on a proper job in Italy coz I'm already booked to work in the most exotic of coastal towns.......yes, Blackpool!

@bluefirebucket hey there me old mucker ;-) I'm good. I went to the Spine Center on Friday, but my insurance is silly in so much as I have to go see the Specialist before I'm authorised to get an MRI, so I'm still waiting for my MRI appt., but it should be within the next week or two, which is great, but being on the computer less is helping my neck, along with being at the gym.......it loosens all my back muscles, although the old dears still beat me when it comes to cardio ;-), but I kept my 365 account open then I could post, and I will be posting soon, although I think it may take me 5 years to complete 365 ;-) lol
How wonderful of you to do some charity work, so I take it your knee is 100% or close? Blackpool or Italy.....hmm tough call........admittedly Italy doesn't have rock that will rip out your fillings, or saucy postcards, along with some of the best fish and chips.....not that I know off ;-) lol Aaron just asked who I was chatting to, I told him Emperor Palpatine ;-) xx

@wanabe hi there Meredith.......thank you so much. For this shot, and most of them in the project, I used the Canon 60mm macro lens, and for the rest, the Canon 50mm 1.8 :-) I will be borrowing a friends 100mm Tokina Macro for a couple of days......very curious about it :-)

Freezing weather.....that's no fun.......hopefully it's a work trip and not vacation, as balaclavas and speedos aren't the best fashion statement
