Spotted these youngsters fishing on the Opua Wharf yesterday they had very basic poles , no reels but were enjoying themselves

Such a familiar scene to me! My great grandparents lived at Opua and first set up the general store and the old boarding house, then my grandparents after them ... We still have a holiday house here.
