I was't until I had time to look through my pictures that I realized I had an odd mix to choose from for my daily photo. I've seldom taken much video, but I got a new camera for this trip, and the occasion seemed to call for it. However...
the boat was bobbing...
I couldn't see a thing on the back of the screen...
and I was too enthralled with watching the actual event unfold!
The day was spectacular with all the sights one would hope to see on such a day! BEST of all was the whale that breached alongside the boat! My camera was in my lap and I was frozen in the moment! Afterward, a check of the passengers revealed that no one had captured it, but the image is forever etched in my mind!
Awesome video clip. Looks like it was a wonderful excursion. It's hard to get photos when they unexpectedly pop up beside the boat. For such a large animal they can be so quiet.
