It would seem that chasing sunsets in Lunenburg's town limits is going to take me to the graveyard every evening...it's the highest point around here...

Both evenings I have been captivated by the crows that walk throughout. I was hoping for "that crow-shaped silhouette" but later, on the computer, I saw he was looking right at me...

The fall colours seem quite early...and this morning at the Farmer's Market, people were in sweaters and hats... At this rate, I'll have images of snow-capped headstones, before beating a hasty retreat back to California!

...a black background sets the fall colours off to best effect...

Yes, fall seems to be in the air out there! I hope you get to stay through Halloween.....this place seems really fitting for that time of year! And, I think cemeteries are great places for photography and contemplation! And, you think you are spending a lot of money on your house renovation? I wonder how much those tombstones cost....better spend it all now!! Lol!

@Weezilou wow, no cell phone, hahaha I figured after my parents got a cell phone everyone had to have them! It's ok, I will continue to come back so I can say howdy. :) Please know as soon as we are ready to venture far North East Coast we will definitely be in touch - I'll pull out a phone book (if they still print those) and find your land line...
