A few of you know what a night owl I can be, and so it was that I didn't turn in until 2AM. (Shutterfly sent me another offer I can't refuse & I'm making our girls new photo calendars. I'll be somewhat absent from here until after midnight Tuesday ...)
When I arose, Ken was already off running errands, and next to a pot of coffee he'd made for me was a note that he'd photographed the rainbow when he got up.
Now you tell me... How could I possibly *not* post this photo ♥:)
What a sweet guy you've got there, Louise. I dare say there are few gals whose husbands have given them a rainbow with their coffee. Gorgeous view he captured.

@_catherine_ 11:50 and I have been entrenched in this *very fun* calendar since 3 this afternoon! My daughter keeps sending photos I can add to it...I like to place photos in the little dates as well! Thanks for the nod & the note! I have photos from the day...will just be returning to class a little late! @_catherine_ I can't believe it's the $20 discount and the same date! I may as well put that on my perpetual calendar so I can plan around it! How funny!
My compliments and a fav. to Ken . I would search for the pot of cold instead of making coffee. And tell me the true: what you like want the most : the pot or the cup ?
@pyrrhula Truth? Who wouldn't be delighted to have "a pot of gold", but in this case, I think it's in my neighbor's yard! In my heart, I do believe I have a treasure here at home, and along with a cup of coffee, who could ask for more? xox :)
I mentioned above that I got a good offer from Shutterfly, so my daughters opened their accounts to me also, and I made 2 calendars and ordered 4 of them...I like to put photos on most of the dates as well as up top... Basically it's "an album" and not much use as a calendar by the time I'm finished! ...then they went an extended the deadline, so I've been helping my daughter organize some photos she wanted to order! OK...TMI...I'm on a bit of a buzz, having been working at this for days... Back to 365 and a few quieter days ahead... Thanks for staying with me in my absence! ♥
@joansmor Oh Joan, how lovely to meet a like-minded photographer! Only last night a friend wanted to show me her photos of a cruise to Tahiti...and there I sat, scrolling through them on the back of her tiny camera! *sigh*
Further, I bought (on ebay years ago) a beautiful old photo album from the late 1800s...excellent condition. I'm printing photos of our grandchildren in muted colors to put in the album... I'll post a photo someday when I put some of it together...personally, I can hardly wait to see it myself!
