In years past, I spent a great deal of time with "water-color crayons", pencils, printed materials to collage as well as old photos, and, at the end of the day I'd hope to have a satisfying piece of art. Perhaps now you can imagine the fun I'm having as I learn to use computer techniques to get somewhat the same look I was striving for all those years ago. At the same time, "The Process" is every bit as satisfying as the hoped-for outcome. On days when I don't have pictures of some sort of "journaled event", you will likely find more of these. And to the few of you who've suggested I should make them into greeting cards, I actually do. I always have some on hand to send a letter the old-fashioned way ... and I find that satisfying, too.
Wonderfully processed.....and, picture postcard ready! I am getting all tingly anticipating another one of your beautiful email cards for Easter! :-)))
@Weezilou .Often No. When we want to go out for a drive we pick a part of one of the (former) islands and go for a photo safari. Mostly on a Sunday We shoot what we see and like on our way trough the country. Most time we have an idea what we will see. For example : when the orchards are blooming . But last year I was surprised on a trip to my sister by the bulb fields so I get back to it the day`s after. . This fields was n`t near to where I live and I did not know they grow them . Thank you for you lovely wishes.
