Jacaranda Forest by Weezilou

Jacaranda Forest

I couldn't find the image I last posted from this location; that day didn't turn out so well! At that time, security guards came out to tell me I couldn't photograph the trees on this "medical campus" (Translate: Doctor's offices)

With those reflective windows and a parking lot full of beautiful trees, I was not to be deterred. This time I took my photos while still in the car...on a Sunday afternoon...when no one appeared to be around...

Score!

And no one was hurt...
ha I am glad you persevered - what stunning colour and love the reflections!
but be honest - you were really trying to photograph top secret medical procedures so you could open your own practice :)

Such beautiful trees and I am so proud of you that you managed to capture them by stealth! Having seen you in action with your camera I know nothing would stop you from getting your shot! Fav - you give me my morning smile! Missing you! Lol!

I just love Jacarandas. Cunning you. Where's there a will there's a way.

Good for you. A little power sometimes turns people into tyrants. We just went through security atLogan airport, and despite the crowds at 5 am, everyone was very friendly and professional. I have been catching up with your posts. You have really been on the go! Looking forward to those Lunenburg posts!

so dumb, if you were using your phone no one would notice.

Ooo, such beautiful purple blossoms take my breath away; and the reflection of all that beauty in the window glass makes the scene even more spectacular! These trees always bring back memories of our trip to Maui where they were blooming in abundance. I hadn't seen them before that trip, and I haven't seen them after. Thanks for the trip down memory lane! :-)

I'm thinking "through the looking glass" ... as the reflected world is somehow different.

@pyrrhula Love your sense of humor, Ferry.. If I "slow down" I may fall over! What a marvelous singer he is...reminds me of the wonderful music of our teen years when you could sing along with a song! Charming presentation; I'd be happy to see him win! ...Until today I've been very busy, but I'm enjoying a bit of free time so I'm ready when our friends arrive Wednesday! Hoping to post some more photos as time allows... Thanks for stopping by!.

@Weezilou He became number 11. A bit of a dissapointed but there are so many European countries.

These are Jacaranda's...are they not an amazing colour?! They're plentiful in So Cal, but I love the congregation of them in this office parking lot...and then they multiply in the reflections! Thanks, Darlin'! @summerfield
