@gardenfolk The "vintage look" IS an old photo...a very dark image & of course I had to see if I could pull the subject out of it! Imagine my amazement to see her there with her flamingo! (haha...ok...)
Ron Cushing (who lives down this way) started the idea of posting a flamingo on Fridays because he thought they were "goofy looking", and a number of us have been going to zoos the last several months. I seldom go with a straightforward flamingo shot..."goofy" should be celebrated! I'm incredibly far behind, but I have the photos... just hard to post and not get into conversations! We'll see how I do!

@gaylewood We head north on the 26th of this month with n 8 day stop in MA with our daughter and her family. Then to Lunenburg where Pam is joining us and nearly immediately we're going to Newfoundland! Why sit still? I could become rusty! And you? when do you head out?!
@Weezilou Good morning, Louise! We'll be heading north on May 31st. This year we will be spending the month of June in Toronto with my brother-in-law and from there head to Lake Winnipeg. There should be some spectacular Canada Day celebrations this year for the 150th birthday. :-)
