What a beautiful day Ken and I had at the zoo! The fog had lifted, the weather was warm and the crowds were negligible. The nearby beach sparkled just beyond the giraffe's enclosure. It was an ideal time to take a stroll, visit and get as many animal photos as might have hoped for.
Tonight we went to our grandson's basketball game and had some very authentic Mexican food for dinner...what a delightful little vacation this has been!
Lovely shot. And sounds like a lovely day. I think the fog must have moved up north today to Playa del Rey. Unfortunately, the giraffes didn't move up the coast with it.
@huvesaker Thank you, Boo... We only came a couple hours up the coast to visit the grandkids...and then while they were in school, we took off and went to the zoo!
