To know that the whole world is taking a time out, is to feel we're living in some alternative universe! I've been going through photos of our first European vacation back in 2010 and recall this particular evening on the Tiber River.
My thoughts tonight are with my many friends in Italy.

Beautiful shot, lovely processing. I got mugged on that bridge by a group of gypsy children! But the lovely African guys who sell leather goods by the side of the street came to my rescue and got my stuff back for me. A miracle for me as I was a solo traveller with no experience of foreign travel then.
