Contemplative ...

Deep down in my 2010 files, I found this sweet kitty, living in a cat community in Rome, taken care of by local residents. Another opportunity to work with the textures, and such a relaxing pleasure.

You'd think I don't have enough current photos to work on... Someday... someday...

Beautifully processed!

2010, that's almost ten years ago. I started with 365 in March 2010 and stopped in November 2010. Is it really that long ago, Louise?! It can't be! You are one of my first followers too :-)

@overalvandaan Seems like yesterday, doesn't it! And then I look at Rosalind, almost as tall as her brother, and I remember when she was born! It's all been a rather delightful road to travel together! I'm so glad we've kept company from the outset! ♥ : )

What a little beauty! Love the textures! My problem is I don’t have access to my old photos while down here in lockdown Devon. Finlay and George will have to be my subjects. Lol! No difference then!

So many photos, so little time!! This one is a beauty. Have you seen @lastrami_ cats? I adore her images, they are fabulous.

What a beauty. Yes we all have so many photos it’s impossible to use every one when it’s taken. When I look back I always find some lovely images. Rome was the highlight of our Mediterranean cruise, I didn’t want to leave.

Lovely added textures! I would really like to learn to do this type of post-processing.

@tunia What a joy it is to know we have that shared experience! It's what draws this community closer together!

@redy4et an email on its way with the course I'm taking...

@casablanca Must check that out! Thanks for sharing! It helps when someone like you makes a suggestion as to where to take a look! Thanks!

@louannwarren Who would EVEN want to leave a place such a Rome! It was like walking through a living museum! How fortunate we have our photos to look back on!

@pamknowler You don't file your photos on the computer? I'd be a wreck to not have *choices* any time I wanted them! Spoiled, I suppose! (Did you see Elizabeth's comment below yours? I pointed the way!)

@Weezilou I only have the latest photos with me on the computer as I put all others on my external hard drive which I don't have with me. I try to keep the laptop as clear as possible.

Was this in Largo Argentina? With lots of cats? We always liked to visit there, however, the last time we went they had closed it down. I always wonder what happened to the cats?

@wendytel That name sounds right! It seemed to be quite the draw in a city full of sights to see!
