Today began at 5:30...Workmen arrived at 7:00 to install new drawers and cabinets in the bathroom. All morning I wrapped small birthday gifts to fill a big box...made a cake for Hazel (above) who has dairy allergies...Made a birthday card for grandson Dylan who we'll go see tomorrow...grandson, Bodhi, is allergic to our cats, so he needed a breathing treatment while sitting outside, and before dinner, they thought it best to return to the hotel (where they stay because *we have the cats*!) With a ramped-up activity level, I was trying to share something fun with the kiddos! Tomorrow at 8 AM we'll board a train to go north for a few days; Ken's going to drive up with the luggage, specialized cake, and all our gifts!
This is everything I was praying for! Tired...but *Happy Tired*!
this is a really great multiplicity shot. i had to take a good look to see if they're the same girl or not. very nice processing! it's heartbreaking when a child is allergic to something; hope he'll be okay. enjoy and have fun tomorrow.
@summerfield Thanks, Vikki! I couldn't remember what this sort of shat is called! Both kids had a good laugh at this one! @dridsdale Thanks Debra! I did one quick assortment with just 3 images so they'd understand the concept. When they liked it, I broke out some props at hand. Of course I'd love to take it further! I'd forgotten what fun that was!
This is just wonderful! What fun you are having! Hope Bodhi is ok - such a shame he has that allergy! Safe journey to see the rest of the family- what a special birthday Dylan will have! Xx
This is adorable. So nice Hazel has all these girls to play with, smile. This is an amazing layered photo! Exciting for everyone to be together over the next week! Huge hugs from Texas! 🥰
A sweet shot! You had a lot going on...wow! I know that my 3 grand boys can tire me out. They are having a pool built and that should be fun this summer. :)
I thought you would get a kick out of this old photo:
