Upon stepping into the original homestead at Ross Farm, I recognized her. When I said we'd come this time to primarily take vignette photos, she said that she remembered that I make cards from my pictures. It was over three years ago we were last there, but how nice to also be remembered.
Here, she had a gathering of children around her as she showed them how to card wool and then spin it into yarn.
This little home was filled with lovely still life settings, and I've gathered many of them for future use!
A beautiful portrait with so much detail! Ross Farm is such a wonderful place with so much atmosphere! Some of my best portraits were taken there with so many fabulous characters to capture!
