Our neighbour is having a birthday, and this is my annual gift for him. Making them was a team effort with Ken who scooped and weighed each piece so they'd all come out the same. I rolled and shaped them. On delivering the plate full to his door, we were invited in for tea and cookies which was very neighborly.
Thanks, B & D! Now go and enjoy your holiday!

My daughter, Heather, just posted a photo of our newest grand baby, Bodhi! http://365project.org/biggirlart/365/2012-06-29
The cookies look scrumptious, and you can bake me a few anytime Louise. Your new Grandbaby is quite the handsome fellow. You guys are going to be busy spoiling him as well. Isn't it fun?
@digitalrn You're a sweetheart, Rick. Thanks for the note! I'm always looking for friends with whom to share baked goods...love doing it, but don't want to eat all that much. As Mr Rogers used to sing, "Won't you be my neighbour..." (That would be Canadian for neighbor...)
Happy Birthday, David!
