100happydays, actually!

Going to have dinner with friends tonight I knew would change our somber mood of the day. It did! We had fabulous conversations and laughed... Did we laugh!!! I told them that Ken always said he knew I'd enjoyed a party if I was wheezing by the time we got home! It was one of those wonderful nights! I took a lot of photos and was just checking the setting with a quick shot to see if I needed to up the ISO. And so, there it was... my low light photo of gorgeous Brenda, the most beautifully "natural" person I know, a sweetheart to the core.

Set aside are the photos of laughter that I was searching for...an unforgettable memory, but sharing instead, this gift I was unexpectedly (again) given...
awesome capture

@ninaganci Thank you so much. Nina, for coming by again!
@pyrrhula Ferry, you and I both know that these lines ARE what most people feel. I think that every time evil hatred is visible, as in Paris, be come together closer than ever, hugging, loving and expressing our feelings for one another. Do what they will, they will not snuff out love, friendship and caring in this world.

Well there's nothing better than having a great time to brighten the mood. In reading the previous comments, yes, it is so sad to hear of the hatred that keeps popping up all over the world.

Super low key capture. Are those pictures on the wall above her or are they framed specimens? If that's the case, then the spider would concern me. Not sure I would want to have it on my wall, not even knowing that it's dead!

@salza You called it, Sally! Yes, they are all specimens...she explained where she'd bought them. She has a wonderfully eclectic (eccentric) home! It pushes the edge of being Victorian with a reclining couch and lots of large-and-healthy hanging plants. It was definitely a visual feast!
