But when I finished putting this together, it looked more like my stomach often felt before my recent surgery. Feeling much better now, thank you, but will continue on a liquid protein diet + for another few days & then get "soft foods" for a total of three months. It's no longer bothersome, and if I think I want to "cheat", I only need look at this picture!
So glad you are sorted now. The liquid diet and then soft foods for 3 months sounds horrible but it will be worth it to permanently put that fire out! I need to watch what I'm eating as the curry last night did me no favours! Lovely image - I do like an open fire - so cosy!
@pamknowler middle of the night again, eh? I was inspired to try a fireplace photo as I'd seen a lovely one here, but by the time I was thorough, well, there you have it! Truly, I'm so glad to have this behind me (more or less). I think I'll be fine with the food as I go along. I'm longing to bake, but no need if I can enjoy eating some of it. Most important is that I don't crave anything... I never would have guessed THAT one! (I certainly don't want to damage what's healing!)
