One last look

Destruction of this site starts on Monday. Vegetation will be cleared to make way for a car park, a road will be constructed along the beach and a 130 metre breakwater will top it off. I'm heading off tomorrow for a few weeks so it was with some sadness that this shot was taken. Sort of glad I won't be around.

What a crying shame that they think it is appropriate to destroy such a beautiful place for a load of tarmac and concrete! I can't imagine who came up with that idea and thought it was a good one!
