starburst

For this week, my challenge set up by April @aecasey, was to try starbursts.

It was a windy night and cold, so I believe the wind moved my tripod a bit, hence the picture is a bit out of focus.

@aecasey here my exposure was longer, 25", yet I believe the wind moved my tripod and I was too cold and did not check the preview. I will keep trying for a nice crisp starburst. Thank you for introducing me to the technique.

I think learning something by doing a challenge is a good thing. We learn from the things that went wrong as much as from the things that go right. I would say you have had a great learning experience.
