Looked high and looked low for a touch of spring. Other than a change in bird song, there is nary a hint. However, the south side of the Aspen trees are warming to the sun, and there I found a few buds just beginning to open.

@steampowered Our weather is warming, but the cherry and apple trees are wary of Nebraska's "false spring." It won't hurt the Aspens, though. These fuzzy buds will turn into catkins when they fully open, so Spring leaves are still a few weeks away.
