Daylight hours are definitely getting shorter, and a few branches are taking notice. While the north side of the crab apple tree remains green, the south side has turned bright yellow and has begun to shed a few leaves. This one landed in the junipers and caught some of the last rays of sunlight this evening. This is about as colorful as fall gets in my yard.
