Though Squaw Creek is a very small creek, it does have a nice flood plain that has a very different ecology than the ridge. Great yellows and reds amid the lingering greens down here. I put the uncropped version of this in my other album. I like how cropping brings focus on the tree, but I like how the larger version shows the grandeur of the Ponderosa Pines lining the ridge.
