I'm sure you've seen more than a few Blood Moon images, but I just had to include one in my albums as it's been years since I last posted a Blood Moon.
We were cloudy all day, and cloudy at the beginning of the eclipse. Then, nearing total eclipse, the clouds disappeared and we had crystal clear skies. I hadn't planned on a blood moon photo, but I couldn't resist. I stayed out about thirty minutes, but there was an icy wind and I gave up watching. Eldest, though, sat outside until the eclipse ended, shortly after which the clouds returned. It was really a beautiful eclipse.
Beautiful. It was crystal clear here but I had just woken from a very deep sleep and I just couldn't get my camera and tripod and myself to work it out. I gave up and just enjoyed it then went back to bed!
