Yellow-rumped warbler, I think. There are so many different kinds of warblers! This one, I suspect, just stopped over and is on it's way much further north to its breeding grounds, though it appears there are small pockets that breed in the Black Hills and Pine Ridge. So, maybe he's not far from his summer range.
