Lisa challenged me to do a moon photo this week. I wanted to try and get a moonrise or moonset earlier in the week during blue hour, but the skies did not cooperate. This moonrise came up through a cloudy horizon too. My biggest problem with my moon photos is my empty horizons. I do have dark skies, but every now and then I wish for a geological or architectural feature to add a bit of interest to the night skies.
