The milkweed is blooming and with few other flowers around it is attracting a variety of insects, including butterflies.
We tried, but mom isn't getting the care she needs here to get stronger. We both cried a lot, but decided for now she needs to go back to hospital and utilize physical therapy there until the nursing home program reopens. Mom is 93 and has never spent so many nights away from her home without dad's company. It has taken her a couple of years to adjust to living alone now that he's gone, and now this. It is heartbreaking for all of us.
