Harvest started late this afternoon. The wheat was ready. Then came the hail. Our fields are very spread out, and normally a hail storm just gets a few crops or fields. This was a huge storm with 75-89 mph winds driving the hail. It is the first time in 50 years of farming that we may actually see a total crop loss. Now we shift to salvage mode ...
oh this is so pretty!! but such a sad tale as it also shows the fragility

So sad to hear about the storm destroying your wheat. How about for this week's Get Pushed challenge, either trying focus stacking ( https://digital-photography-school.com/a-beginners-guide-to-focus-stacking/) or photographing some tools of your trade (farm implements or photography equipment,...). Have fun.
