Backfilling again as I try to catch up from missing the last week or so of February. Where DOES the time go?!
Anyway, our local skate park, in the works for nearly 10 years, finally had its grand opening last weekend. The park is "super dope" and the turnout was fabulous; all the skaters, including the pros who showed up, gave it rave (make that "sick!") reviews. Unfortunately for us photogs, when the tricks caught good air, there were too many bystanders to distinquish the riders very readily. So I stuck mostly to the in-the-bowl type shots.
