Storybook House

@elatedpixie and I came across this 2-story home in Santa Barbara while camera shopping awhile back. The entire house is covered in these painted panels, each unique. I have no idea who did this or why. I tried googling it, but no luck as yet. At any rate, it was such a fun and unexpected find!
