Dandelion shots are a dime a dozen I suppose, but there's a reason we all shoot 'em. I liked the color of the lupine (?) in front of this guy, but then ended up liking the b/w version better. Big surprise.

Pop! This is beautiful and yup - there's a reason they are common... because they are special and delicate and tough and mostly full of potential and magic... dandelions are hope. This is bursting with it!
I thought of fireworks too- as if the little Lupine was celebrating our 4th of July holiday. Dandelions might be considered a weed, but they really are quite magical when you photograph them. Great shot!
